Bidrise (ABN to be confirmed) runs Bidrise. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

Your name, email, company, ABN, trades, states, tenders you post, quotes you send, saved tenders and notes, and messages you send us.

How we use it

To run the tender board, show tenders to the right people, send alerts you ask for, process plans, and keep the service secure. We never sell your data.

Who sees it

Tender details are public. Builder contacts and files are shown only to subscribers with a plan covering that state. Quotes are shared only with the builder you send them to.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account and all your data at any time from Profile → Delete my account.
